Collusion of the Israeli Judicial System and Courts with Security, Intelligence Agencies, and the Prison Service: A Disgrace in the History of International Justice

Apologies for the confusion earlier. Here is the full paragraph with the name as you requested:

The Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy condemns the ongoing series of collusion and conspiracy carried out by the Israeli judicial system and courts in collaboration with Israeli security, intelligence agencies, and the prison service, at the expense of thousands of Palestinian detainees and prisoners. This occurs amidst the increasing number of unjust trials and the extension of detentions without charges, violating all international laws and conventions concerning humane treatment of detainees in detention, interrogation centers, and Israeli prisons.

As of August, the number of administrative detainees has exceeded 3,200, with the majority of them having their detentions extended without any charges. This process continues through mock trials in clear collusion between security agencies on one hand and Israeli judges, who have stripped themselves of even the most basic principles of justice and humanity, on the other hand.

The Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy views this scenario as a clear reinforcement of the law of the jungle and the law of brute force, continuing to tarnish the international justice system by remaining silent on these unprecedented measures in the history of nations and peoples.

While we at the Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy warn of the continued catastrophic situation and its consequences, we stress the following:

First: All the procedures carried out by these mock courts are legally invalid, and the occupying authorities, who evade legal and criminal accountability for the war crimes and genocide they commit against the Palestinian people, are the ones who deserve a fair trial in international forums.

Second: We call on the international community, the United Nations bodies, the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and relevant international organizations to lift the legal cover and raise their voices in rejection of these arbitrary and invalid measures employed by the occupation authorities in forcibly occupying Palestinian territories.

Third: We commend the stance of Palestinian detainees and prisoners who refuse to acknowledge the legitimacy of these courts and their invalid procedures, both by custom and law. We consider this a pioneering form of resistance against the occupation within Israeli prisons and detention centers.

Fourth: We call on local and international media to shed light on this complex crime, which is repeated daily with thousands of Palestinian detainees, prisoners, and detainees subjected to baseless accusations and unjust trials that are driven by the whims of Israeli security and intelligence officers.
