Stand with us… Join the Front for the Defense of Freedom and Dignity.

Amid the ongoing violations committed by the Israeli occupation authorities inside prisons, the suffering of thousands of Palestinian prisoners continues to worsen—particularly those engaged in hunger strikes, suffering from serious or chronic illnesses, or facing imminent death under deliberate medical neglect. These violations persist without the slightest commitment from the occupation to international laws or humanitarian conventions.

Out of our moral and media responsibility at the Palestinian Center for Prisoners’ Advocacy, we are launching a series of urgent appeals to international organizations, Red Cross committees, human rights institutions, and the global community to intervene immediately and end the occupation’s punitive policies against Palestinian prisoners.

Sick Prisoners Without Treatment

Hundreds of ill prisoners in Israeli jails are subjected to systematic medical neglect, including: Denial of essential medical care, delays in necessary surgeries, denial of transfers to hospitals, and confinement in so-called “prison clinics” that lack the most basic standards of care

We call on international health organizations and the Red Cross to visit these prisoners and immediately assess their medical conditions.

Prisoners Under Direct Threat

  • Prisoners subjected to brutal torture during interrogation
  • Jerusalemite and Gaza prisoners facing extreme collective punishment since October 7
  • Female prisoners whose cells are stormed by male special forces, in blatant violations of their privacy and dignity

These prisoners urgently require international protection. We warn that continued silence only emboldens the occupation to commit further crimes.

Daily Monitoring Mechanism

Our field team, in cooperation with trusted human rights partners, is actively monitoring and documenting urgent cases. A daily appeal list will be published in this section, accompanied by brief reports and supporting documentation, to be used in advocacy and media campaigns at local and international levels.

Together, We Aid the Last Remnants of Resilience Behind Bars

We call on all media outlets, human rights organizations, and public figures to join us in delivering these appeals to the world and taking swift action through statements, seminars, pressure campaigns, and press conferences to save what remains of the lives and dignity of the prisoners.
