confirming that they are victims of enforced disappearance, which is prohibited under international law.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Recommendations from the Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conditions faced by Palestinian prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons represent a comprehensive system of serious violations that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, the\u00a0 Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy calls for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internationalizing the prisoners&#8217;
