She called for pressure on the occupation to release her husband\u2019s body along with the bodies of all other martyred prisoners.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1632\">The wife of prisoner Raed Mahdi explained that the occupation\u2019s decision to deny families of detainees any knowledge of the places where their relatives are held and to prevent all forms of communication with them constitutes a humanitarian tragedy that must be stopped. She noted that her family and the families of other prisoners are demanding disclosure of the fate of hundreds of detainees from the Gaza Strip, including the locations of their detention, and that they be allowed to visit them as soon as possible in accordance with international humanitarian law.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"2137\">The Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy had addressed a letter to Ms. <strong data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"1726\">Sarah Avnier<\/strong>, head of mission in the Gaza Strip, in which it called on the ICRC to contribute to facilitating family visits to prisoners in Israeli jails, to reveal the locations of their detention in all Israeli prisons and detention centers, and to intervene to stop the ongoing brutal crimes, repression, violations, and medical neglect, as prisoners are facing extremely harsh conditions due to these continuous abuses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Palestinian Center for Prisoners Advocacy delivered a letter to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) office in Gaza City through a delegation representing the families of prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
