When transfers do occur, prisoners are returned to the clinic without receiving the full necessary treatment, which leads to further deterioration in their health.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1094\">Prisoners also suffer from harsh living conditions inside the clinic \u2014 notably the lack of adequate space for ventilation, deprivation of clothing and basic necessities, and being served poor-quality food in insufficient quantities, without any regard for their health conditions or the dietary requirements recommended by doctors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1334\">Prisoners added that the administration conducts daily searches of their rooms without consideration for their health or their need for rest and care, which increases their suffering and creates constant physical and psychological stress.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1468\">The clinic currently houses 18 prisoners suffering from chronic diseases and critical health conditions. Among those identified are:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1665\">\n<li data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1517\">\n<p data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1517\">Abdel Qader Bassam Ali Diab \u2013 from Qalqilya<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1563\">\n<p data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1563\">Rakan Basel Omar Abed Rabbo \u2013 from Nablus<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1619\">\n<p data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1619\">Jabr Mahmoud Jabr Fashafsha \u2013 from the town of Jaba<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1665\">\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1665\">Haitham Yousef Ahmad \u2013 (further details currently unavailable)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1879\" data-is-last-node=\"\"
